2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Shift differential available)
What You’ll Do
• Position and secure lumber components and metal plates
• Use hand tools such as hammer and tape measure
• Operate production equipment as trained
• Inspect completed trusses for quality and accuracy
• Stage finished trusses for shipping
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
What We’re Looking For
• Carpentry or framing
• Manufacturing or production work
• Lumber or building materials
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures
Physical Requirements
• Stand and move throughout shift
• Bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
• Work in a manufacturing environment
Requirements
• Valid identification
• Ability to pass drug screen and hearing test
• Must follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
Tools Required
• 22–24 oz hammer
• Hammer holder
• 25’–30’ tape measure

Our company is family owned and has been in business for over 57 years in the DFW metroplex. We manufacture wood roof trusses, floor trusses, and prefabricated walls. We also sell lumber to single family, commercial, multifamily, and industrial clients.
